Having coached the team from junior training all the way up to our current age group, we have created a family feel to our side. We are a very welcoming group that tries to make the grassroots experience a bit "different".

As a coach, I believe that it's not just about results on a matchday but also about creating friendships along the way. With regular away trips and football tours to (and not limited to) the Isle of Wight, Somerset and having played at The Valley (Charlton Athletic) and Stamford Bridge (Chelsea) our group continues to bond as the team gets older.

We have competed throughout the years and are a well-respected team. As a manager, who has played football in Ireland, London and now Kent, as well as being the manager of both youth and adult football sides along the way, I feel that we cover all bases and are inclusive for all.
